Mark as Useful Some dude with a very foreign accent called tonight and said they were associated with Bell Mobility, and proceeded to try and sell me a new cell phone. The pitch line was I could get a free phone with all the features. I told him I already had one. He continued to explain the features. I told him I already had those features on my phone. He then said I could get it for my special someone for Christmas. I told him that I would then have to take another rate plan, to which he agreed, but then said it would only be $30/month. I then told him I was out of work, and he still said it was only $30 a month. I told him again that I didn't have a job and then told him that if he was willing to pay for it for me until I got a job, I might be interested. Then I hung up. If I want to buy a cell phone, I'll go to a store where I can see the various phones, the features, and discuss the rate plans. I won't buy it point blank over the phone even if I did have a job!

Mark as Useful I got a call from a Mr Sam Gonzales, NPOAN Board Member .. The New Property Owners Association of Newport in Crosby, Tx. He did have business with me. However, how or why the caller ID would show this number is unknown. I've been told it is used to block call back attempts. I don't know but when I tried to call it immediately back it just rang and rang. That's all I can tell you since the management company for NPOAN, Houston Community Management Services, will not give out his number and I can't find it published anywhere else. Hope this helps someone get to the bottom of this.

Mark as Useful This number keeps calling, but there is noone there and they do not leave a message. When I call the number back, I get the "this number is no longer in service" message. How can it call?

Mark as Useful They have called several times, never leave a message, and when I do answer, the line has no on the other end and hangs up after a couple of seconds.
